This might well be old news but browsing through the property auction sites I see that Pindale Quarry is for sale. Always worth a look, especially if you have finds available (!) as from time to time land with a mine shaft or cave comes up.

It's been on  the market for a while now, ever since PDNPA's planing officers recommended the caravan site plan for refusal and the application was withdrawn. I don't know what the asking price is, but if it's anything like what I've heard is being asked for Moss Rake west end (same landowner) I doubt there's been much interest!

I remember doubling the length of Black Rabbit cave in Pindale Quarry.......would not fit now!...in fact I have to admit probably left a couple of tools in the terminal chamber meant to go back but never did - the one you got into for Richard G. Extension was after the second squeeze on entrance passage a way by stals into lovely pretty bedding with three really tight squeezes heading up the dale.
