Lid / lamp hire in the Peaks

Evening all,
Is there anywhere in the Peak District (Castleton / Eyam ideally) that does lid / lamp hire?

2nd question - what easy caves are there? I might have a couple of novices who want a little taster. I can think of Carlswark and Giants for starters...

I'm pretty sure that the answer is no.

Not looking hopeful... I might suggest to the interested parties that they wait until next year when we might be in Yorkshire, the Lakes, or North Wales, where there are options...

Get in touch with Derbyshire Caving Club. They could probably take a small group on a private trip in Wood Mine, or even a longer trip from Engine Vein through to Wood Mine (via boat trip). Both options highly recommended!
