Longest through trip without diving?

How about entering Daren Cilau, digging the final few meters into Agen Allwedd and exiting from there? That must be a fair way.

In the Peak the longest i can think of would be going in Milldam Mine in Great Hucklow and coming out of Moorwood Sough in Stoney Middleton = 6.1km as the bird flies and probably twice that as the bat flies.

You'd get extra points for getting permission to complete it!

Milwr Tunnel is about 11 miles if you go down cae Mawr (600ft) and come out at the portal in Bagillt

I've done a permission trip a quarter-way in, and a no-permission trip from the sough to within 50m from the entrance gate - does that count? The twin-props would be a bit of an obstacle now

Or, if we're talking about future possibilities ... If the three major Llangattock caves are joined up and one of the old digs at Craig y Castell connected into Aggy, then you could have a mega through trip.

In at Craig y Castell, through the Summertime Series, down Turkey and Main Streamways, along Priory Road (most likely area for dry connection), into the back end of Daren, zigzag through Daren - down to Hardrock, back up the Bonsai and Time Machine to Big Chamber, then down Epocalypse into the start of Antler (nearest point to OCAF - don't know if a connection is possible here. Other possible point of connection could be Busman's to 5th Choke in OCAF), into the Promised Land and then make your way down through the cave and out into the Clydach Gorge.

Something for future generations to aspire to!
