Hi Jeremy.
We encountered the bag in a rather sporting streamway this morning at the start of a through trip trip to Cwm Dwr. We were not sure if the owners were still in the cave or were coming back for it, and so with likely rising water levels in the streamway one of our party took it back downstream to leave it above the normal flood level on the ledges above The Step.  It should still be there for next weekend. I will post a message on the SWCC Facebook page so people who do not see this message here will be aware. I understand that the Wessex are booked into SWCC next weekend, so I am sure you should be able to arrange a journey back to your neck of the woods.

Excellent, thank you for your help. We could collect it either from SWCC or if it makes it's way back to Mendip that would be even better.

The streamway was quite sporting on Saturday, higher than we expected!
