New-to-Caving Event on 26th April​

We’re pleased to announce our first New-to-Caving event for 2025, hosted by the Red Rose Cave and Pothole Club on Saturday 26th April. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to try caving as a potential new hobby to give it a go as part of a friendly, educational day. So, if you or any friends or family are interested to try caving, this is the perfect opportunity.

Training Vacancies for February-March​

Due to a few cancellations, we have some vacancies on upcoming one-day indoor workshops:

• 16th February – SRT refresher – Two spaces

Are your SRT skills a bit rusty? Or have you mastered the basics and want to take things to the next level? Our SRT refresher workshops are just the ticket, offering professional instruction in an indoor training facility.

• 22nd February – SRT rigging – One space

Are you fully competent at SRT and considering your first venture into rigging? Or are your rigging skills a bit rusty? This workshop provides a comfortable indoor venue for our instructor to help get you confident.

• 23rd February – SRT rescue foundation – One space

One of our most sought-after workshops, and a chance for SRT competent cavers to be introduced to the basics of SRT rescue techniques in a comfortable indoor facility with professional instruction.

• 22nd March – SRT refresher – Three spaces

A further run of our SRT refresher (see above).
