Wafting a piece of paper infront of a judge to say you are a 'competent leader' won't make fk all difference... If you are qualified or not and you get people trapped/injured/etc underground you are the same, you are liable for their safety....

You clearly missed my point. I wasn't talking about a piece of paper saying "competant leader" but a piece of paper that actually documented the steps that you took immediately before that trip.
