An excellent video, Tony, IMUO; it brought back many memories (all of them good), though I must admit that I'd use a harness and cow's tails on those traverses.
Although the use of hand-held (or helmet-mounted) shots has a certain . . . . oh, I don't know . . . immediacy? . . .I do like the fact that you took the trouble to use a tripod for many of the shots, which I felt was better; in fact you seemed to get the balance between hand-held and tripod-mounted shots right.
On a technical point, the video clips all showed the rock as it should be ? i.e. grey to black, but the still (presumably flash) shots showed everything up as browny-red, something I've noticed with digital photography / flash . . . I wonder why?
