As requested by Jane, some pics of the last couple of days with my Dutch cave diving friend Anton, who flew in for 3 days caving. Didn't take any pictures in Notts 2 on Saturday as that was a warm up ;-)

OK, so it may have rained a little over the past two days - however remember, caves are made by water, water is made by rain.....

So what better than an afternoon of lectures - a great selection from Frank Pearson - Dales Roundup, Roo Walter's - 3D laser scanning Project, Carsten Peter's fab photography, Eric's French trip to China and Gavin Newman's filming masterclass...enjoyed them all - thank you, all.

The rain lashed down and the wind blew - the marquee was bellowing and the screen wobbling - particularly amusing whilst listening to the invite to Austrailia for Speleo 2017

Wonder if they succeeded - the cider ran out.....

Rain finally stopped and the party tent lit up the night....

It was rock night.....
