Pinetree pot bolts

Just a quick heads up, whilst de rigging PP last week I noticed that one of the nuts securing the the bolt was loose.
Not sure who is responsible but I shall endeavour to bring an adjustable spanner with me at the beginning of April and will secure it.
If anyone else is interested in sorting it or has a better idea then please do and post on here.
