Scout caving permit

Hi all,

I'm based in the Scottish Borders, where I am a leader of a local Scout group. I am looking to get assessed for a "Caving with SRT for the leader" permit. It doesn't appear that there are any assessors in Scotland and the Manager of the Activity Permit Scheme up here has no contact details of an assessor based in or around the Yorkshire Dales, which ideally would be where I would like to be assessed. If anybody could point me in the direction of somebody I could speak to about organising this in the Dales I'd really appreciate it.

You could also try searching for assessors on Compass

Have you tried contacting Badger (Tony Radmall) the BCA National Caving Scout Active Support Unit representative? if you contact me at secretary@british-caving.org.uk I'll be able to pass his email on to you.

And if it's in relation to the BCA qualifications I can similarly put you in contact with the Qualifications Management Committee with a list of trainer assessors.
