September's Turkish rescue - medical details if possible

For the last 3 years I have been talking to medical students on a Wilderness Medicine course on caving and cave rescue illustrating it with accounts of recent rescues. The Turkish rescue was unusual in that the issue was a medical emergency rather than a consequence of being in a cave. Has anybody got access to some of the details regarding exactly what happened and the patient's underground management? I gather he was transfused which, in itself, is a significant undertaking in a cave environment.
