Ey up, do,s any one have any free/ few pints of beer, 6" H steel girders? for a project in Derbyshire? We are short of five 4ft lenghts, ta Jim.

Not got any myself - but keep walking past this place near my house in Sheffield - not sure what their prices are like though...

cheers Sam I will have a look, I hope its cheaper than the hose! but it will be worth a try.

Its not the same place as the hose was at. its just by the railway off Broadfield rd. Near Pheonix Fire shop. looks like a proper heavy duty salvage yard - so a few small bits shouldn't be too much cash.

Dunno if it would do the same job but there's a massive railway track scrapyard down on Stevenson road at Attercliffe....
