What's going on with new user accounts like HampsterDanceRingTone and SillyCatVideoClip Etc.?

Probably spammers, but as yet they haven't posted anything. I've got my beady eye on them!

Not so much spambots, as linkbots, I reckon. Closer eye will be kept on them most surely. Thesiger and/or Bubba have overwhelming power and can eradicate them in a blip/keystroke of fury.
