Tatham Wife Hole
Following my recent caver-triggered boulder collapse, resulting in a fall without injury, I would recommend people take extra care in the streamway beyond the duck.
In addition to the loose boulders in the streamway mentioned above, but in the same location, a very large piece of limestone appears to have moved recently, crushing its supporting wall. It appears to still be unstable.
The loose bits may not be apparent from above when climbing down.
