Likewise @cap n chris and @Pitlamp. No TV and the only name I recognised was Colin Farrel (though I couldn't tell you what he looked like or what I've seen him in). My wife rattled off a list of movies Mortenson's been in, including LoTR, which I did watch when it came out, but I'd never have made that connection without being told. She also listed a bunch of movies for Colin Farrel, a couple of which I have seen, but again, I wouldn't have been able to make the connection myself...
Where I'll disagree though cap'n, is that I'll probably make an effort to go and see it on the big screen. I've only been to the cinema twice in the last decade, once was to see "The Rescue" a few months ago and the other was to see "The Cave", as I was invited to the premiere in London (not because I'm special, just because one of my brother's mates (who I've taken caving in the past) was one of the producers). Both were worth the effort and turned out to be a nice social as well as a good movie, so I think I'll give the next one a chance too
