hi have known about this website for a while not really video and photography although he does have some impressive lightning photos.
it is more for forcasting the weather but does not make it simple

yes in case you didn't realise it is raw weather data it will not tell you how much rain will fall you will have to work it out from iso charts and rainfall charts, but fronts generally mean rain, high pressure means good weather and low means cloudy.
