I'll narrow down the geographical area. It's South Wales, in the main part of the Northern Outcrop (so not Southern Outcrop, Gower or West Wales) and West of the Taff.

Got half the look of Draenen Main Stream (Beyond a Choke) but I don't recognise the stal, so fairly sure it is wrong!

Draenen is East of the Taff Wiltonp, so not there.

Long Drop has it, even if it was a random guess! The Chapel in Pant Mawr Pot, after the steep calcite ramp but before the finely decorated end chamber. A fairly distinctive piece of passage?
