Not OFD. In the Dales and this bits normally dry. Sorry for the slightly underhand tactics, not got many good pictures on my phone.

Looks a bit like the Lower Bung streamway in Speedwell but nowhere near enough water (!) and that's not in the Dales.

Is it in the Manchester / Goyden / New Goyden system?

Yep it is. Entrance to Goyden looking from the junction to the main chamber. At night too, hence the lack of daylight.
Excellent morphological deduction Pitlamp.

Ah - no daylight; that explains my uncertainty. It was the thinly bedded limestone that gave it away though.

OK then, as we're being a bit sneaky (grins) see if anyone can name this nicely decorated spot. I know for a fact that certain forum members will have been past it many times, so no clues yet.

Oh I was going to go with F hopeless pot, but that was found a lot more recently, hmm part of Manchester bypass, Easegill?

Sorry, no. But you're both in the right caving area (Dales). Alex, I doubt you'll have seen these stals but Langcliffe may have done.

I think it might be one of the decorated rifts about 50 metres into Keld Head, Kingsdale. But its many decades since I have been in there.
