Following the re-rigging I've had two sessions clearing the shaft bottom. As of this morning there is still no access to the main Hillocks workings as all the fill I've removed from the bottom of the shaft is now blocking the bottom of the picked shaft at the end of the passage. I intend to go back on my next days off to remove this from below but working alone is a bit of a slow process. Bear with me if you will and for the mean time all the other entrances to knowhow and Hillocks are very much still open.
