Sounds like she was unlucky - she only slipped 5 ft but damaged her pelvis. An experienced caver and a member of the Cave Diving Group.

Saw it on the 10 o'clock news.

Like I;ve said in other posts - a lot of media interest in 'potholing' at the moment. Not necessarily a good thing.

Class quote from my boss - 'I wouldnt mind caving but not that potoiling'.
