Must be Ouroboros then... thought it was a worm so I checked it out on Google-Wikipedia and all is revealed; bit intellectual that! Didn't help that on the ULSA survey it's spelt Ouroborous with 10 letters not 9; that's a university education for you!

That's the one Trogger. I wondered about the different spellings on various Mossdale surveys but didn't want to over complicate the clue.
