• Help us work out the future of the Inglesport Café

We've been trading since 1977 and next year will be our 50th anniversary.

The café has been part of that for a long time, running quietly in the background for years, and we don't think it always gets the credit it deserves as a genuine community hub. But we need to be straight with you: the café is under real pressure, and we’re not sure of the best path forward.....

The DCA and all the volunteers who have put the effort in up there, access wise, and fabricating the garden gate and shaft caps should be congratulaled, there is clearly a huge amount of effort gone into it. Has one of the pitches had new bolts?they look different to last time i was there?great effort

Hi Mark
Some of the training pitches had an extra bolt or 2 placed and I think one of the older anchors may have been replaced as it began to wiggle. You should find an up to date rigging topo on the DCA Registry page for Devonshire.
I'll be sure to pass on your thanks to the DCA volunteers who have done the work up there (or are still doing). This location is a great example of what considerate use and a close caver/landowner relationship can bring.
