WTF - (Women's Technical Forum)

That actually looks like it could be good - as a 5'3" person I have hitherto found it impossible to find a large tackle sack with a waist belt that is not too long for my back thus causing great discomfort with heavy loads. A step in the right direction I hope.
 
Women do have very different shaped bodies to men (like duh!) and kit does fit differently. 

Are there female fit harnesses available for instance. I'd have thought that was an obvious one.

I used to work in an outdoor shop and fitting things like rucksacks.. boots harnesses etc was a bit of a minefield.  You had to know what was genuinely female specific about kit such as back lengths on sacks or waist belts on harnesses vs what was marketing bull.. i.e. the pink trim.
 
MTDE do the Piri, which is a chest harness specifically for women - if it's as good as the Garma, I'd highly recommend it - though expensive, it's far more supportive and less painful than the Petzl straps:
