Shows what can be achieved when an interested group work together.

The naysayers of the caving world could learn a lot from this.
 
The title of that article is somewhat optimistic, with no legislation yet fully formulated, but these developments are certainly promising. It is also worth noting that any claimed CRoW restriction to the 'land surface'  will be removed by the intent to allow hang- and para-gliding.

Although there is no specific mention of caving in the minister's statement, cavers' problems with NRW were pointed out to her at a recent National Access Forum for Wales meeting in Bangor by the Cambrian Caving Council's representative.
