I went down Water Icicle a few years ago, 2012 series etc. have there been any recent new discoveries.

Not really. 

2012 was the last big discovery, with "Volcanic Bug Pusher" and "Olympic Stroll", accessed from the Great Rift at the end of South Passage. The "Oh No! Choke" was dug for several years, gaining about 30m of ground. We're currently taking a break from it.

There was a dig a couple(?) of years ago, in the gated section that gained 3 small pitches: Faith, Hope and Charity (reported in Descent). This led to a short but wide rift with a further dig in the floor.

Fingers crossed we can pick it up again in time...
