I was just wondering - Does anyone know if there is a chat room on any platform (eg Discord or IRC or whatever) for cavers? I've looked around and can't find one, and thought it might be an interesting thing to get started.

The /r/caving sub-reddit has a discord channel but I don't know if it's very well used.
