Some years ago I went down the Mohole with DB.  After an interesting descent, including hanging on to DB as he stepped off the ladder near the top of the big pitch to investigate a particular stratum, I climbed down between the wall and a large boulder near the bottom.  I remember a huge draft (blew out my carbide) and lots of very dangerous looking boulders.

Anyone tried to dig / extend this pot recently?
