I was up at Rowter Farm on Saturday and was speaking to the landowner and he has confirmed to me that they won't be closed for lambing during the month of April and will be open all year around for cavers.
Just remember to pay the access fee of ?2, close all gates, stick to the relevant access routes, don't climb dry stone walls (please use the public footpath when approaching Titan from Rowter farm) and don't make too much noise especially late at night.
