Hi All,
I'd like to invite anyone who has an interest in becoming a member of DCRO to come along to the DCRO Intro day at Whitehall Outdoor Activity centre (for map see here). This is also a reminder to any probationer members of the team that we strongly encourage you to attend the Whitehall session.
The day starts at 9:30am and carries on until about 4:30pm. There will be short talks on what the team does and how to become a member. The main part of the day will be practical sessions covering the teams kit, notably stretchers, rig kits, radios and a first aid session.
There will be food provided, if you are thinking of coming please email me "training at derbyshirecro dot org dot uk" so that we can ensure that there is enough food. If you are undecided we will over cater a bit so please don't be put off just turning up on the day.
We will have various DCRO 'branded' clothing, badges etc for sale on the day so bring your wallet.
