Hope someone can help me with this.
I bought a tablet ?Getac T800?, it is running windows 10. I?m able to run PocketTopo on it and everything seems to be working fine. Bluetooth connects and measurements are coming in. But when I?m try to calibrate it is not possible to get the Distox2 into calibration mode. And I am not able to get the Distox2 out of calibration mode again. Update is not working either.
Did some more testing on my laptop, also running win10. I?m able to connect and do measurements, but same as my ?Getac T800? I get ?Connection failed? when I press ?Start? in the calibration module. Can it be Windows 10?
Any idea what this could be? ?and how to solve it?
