I've tried this three times and always get stuck trying to reach the first pitch [after the entrance pitch, obviously! ] Where is the tightest spot on the route?

I should have made it clear....I can almost reach the pitch head ..one metre short!

That 1m is the tightist bit. The pitch head on the return I found the most awkward bit, hopefully slightly better with higher anchors.
