On a mere irresponsable note I once did use him as a "probe" on the Lumb Hole dig when he was about 14 (helmet on) to prospect a passage that was too small for adults!!!....waits for storm of abuse.
We no longer rid them from the planet. We use the more humane* system of keeping them off the streets with daytime tv and celebrity big brother.c**tplaces said:Hang on but with all this safety how do we rid our planet of the idiots!?
Thats how it used to work. If you were stupid you quickly removed yourself from the breeding pool, hence over time humans got brighter as only the fitter more intelligent stock of humans got to breed. NOW with every idiot able to breed the human race is doomed, and its effects are evident to everyone that we are getting dumber with more idiots everywhere then we used to have.
This is the price we pay for 'safety'!

Answer me this - WHY should risk be eliminated, isnt risk a GOOD thing (I think it is) we need risk! I object to anyone who thinks risk should be removed.

Obviously I am only an observer of life and not an expert
but there really are a huge amount of barely functioning people out there in the community.
If somebody is born genetically, mentally deficient
they used to be called "a congenital idiot"
If they have an accident, then become an idiot
what are they called?

however he will not be able to support the child as he can not support himself.
So guess who will have to pick up the tab?
Society.
