Pete, it's "BCA" these days, not "NCA".  :coffee:

Perhaps if the trip proves popular a P-bolt will be suggested to CSCC as appropriate.

I think you first have to write to Les Williams with your suggestion Graham

Not easily, I think, no. The link between Rod's, Bath (and Drunkards and Bos) has been predicted for some time as they are all effectively sinks for the same stream. Goatchurch is a different place - though it is probably linked to other Burrington caves.

Doh I don't why I wrote goatchurch (completely diferent location) I meant drunkards and bos swallet.

A wealth of information thanks graham

After reading all that its is quite possible that all the caves in burrington link up with another at some point?

The question is where?

Quite correct matey.
I haven't done Rods for many a year but have previously been in Bath (since it got a lot bigger) several times, our cunning plan was to ladder Bath, go deep into the diggings & hopefully find the connection, see if we could free climb the shaft, if not, exit Bath, go into Rods & hopefully (wasn't too hopeful) find way into Bath then double a rope 7 pull through
but some lovely person, you, had very helpfully left a ladder for us, cheeeers
