We will be highlighting with slides and explanations the explorations we have been doing over the years and that of cave divers plus research of the fascinating world of nearby lead mines.
Hi MattThanks ChrisB
I can only see a summary table of the agenda items there:

Question to Allan:
Is that it? Or am I still missing something? I suppose this does fulfil the constitutional requirements for an AGM agenda, but I guess I had kind of expected a slightly 'meatier' document with more details of any specific proposals (agenda items #5 and #10) and people standing for vacancies (agenda item #8) etc. Or are those details (along with reports and election statements) still to come in a later version?
Also, where can I find the 2023 AGM minutes? Without them, it is hard to consider agenda items 4 and 5.
Thank you!
And here's a second former BCA secretary seconding this. Also, looking forward to receiving clarification of where we (BCA members) can access documents for BCA Council meetings since February 2023, and the minutes for the 2023 AGM. It concerns me that these have ceased to be published on the BCA website. I acknowledge that there is no constitutional requirement to publish, but it seems a backward step for our National Body to have stopped publishing these.
The website admin log on is different to the login that is linked on the website. I can point you in the direction if that helps?Hi all
The BCA website says user accounts have been disabled while there's a transition to a new database.
Cheers
Allan
