Some superb work on 17th July by volunteers from Craven Pothole Club, supported by CNCC, to repair the badly deteriorated stile leading to Calf Holes...

Remember, despite the ongoing issues for several of the High Birkwith Caves, access to Calf Holes remains freely open, and we encourage cavers to keep visiting this excellent cave to ensure caver presence is maintained in the area throughout the ongoing issues with access to the other surrounding caves. As well as being an excellent novice trip, it is also a really impressive cave for experienced cavers looking for a relaxed day out.
