I suppose this is in line with the DEFRA view that caving is not an outdoor activity.

At least Cambridge still has an active Uni caving club, unlike Lancaster (which is actually near some)

I would suspect there will be more need of a certificate for cleaning wee wee from some dark corners!  :-\
