Cardiff in South Wales to Chedderon Mendip?

Hi, would anyone be able to take three items (cumulatively about the size and weight of a 10 liter diving cylinder) from Cardiff to Chedder on Mendip please?  Could probably make the starting point SWCC if that would help.
