Caving Video Content Shoutout

If you've spent any time on these forums, you'll know that caving video content online is a a mess—ranging from shockbait to downright misleading.

We want to counter this, and share with the wider world the joys of caving; the fascinating and beautiful speleothem formations, the seemingly otherworldly flora and fauna, the marvel of mining history and man's determination, the importance of cave conservation... we want to promote all of these ideas and more.

As some of you may know, for the past year we've been collaborating with Gareth Williams of Kendal Caving Club, who's provided us with several superb videos of his caving exploits, which we've then distributed across our digital marketing channels.
We've already had some good wins, such as Gareth's video exploring Notts Pot II, which reached 750,000 people (and started attracted considerable interest from folk across India!)

But as great as Gareth’s videos are, one man can’t do it all.

Got lovely caving footage? We want to showcase it! Let’s get more quality caving content out there.

If you're interested, get in touch. Ian, our marketing man, is at Inglesport every Tuesday should you wish to pop in for a chat. 👍

I've seen Gareth's videos on FB and they're great - very nicely put together and great quality

We've started posting our trip reports (mostly pictures) on our website (https://www.morleycavers.org.uk/trip-reports/) but I've got a bit of YouTube footage such as:-

- Lost Johns
- Valley Entrance to Toyland
- a short clip at the bottom from the bottom of Roaring Hole

I'm happy for it to be used to promote caving if you think it's good enough
