Check your Speeding offences

Apparenty due to recent changes within the Human Rights act people can now access their speeding offences online before they drop through the letter box :cry:

Yup - but I fell for it.

Only because a while ago, a friend of mine kept getting speeding fines through the post. 3 in a week. It took ages to protest them, (especially since she was away on holiday for some of the time). The police had the photos of her car speeding, but at times when she is normally at work. It was only when she saw the photos (when she got back from holiday) that she noticed that the silver corsa in the photo had a sunroof and hers didnt, that way she was able to prove to the police that is wasnt hers.
Basically a case of identity fraud, but with her car.
