Diving Kit Found

Some diving kit was found in Town Drain, Ystradfellte yesterday.

Kit includes fins, dive harness (no makers name) and line reels

The kit appears to have been washed in. The police have info that filming has been taking place in the area and the kit might have been stashed.
We have no reason to suspect other than accidental loss.

Has anyone any infomation as to who the owner may be?
