Matienzo will have a presence at EuroSpeleo 2016 (eurospeleo.uk).
Andi Smith is showing a poster: "12,000 years of rainfall history revealed by stalagmite deposits from Cueva de Asiul" (see EuroSpeleo session code P6);
Laura Deeprose is giving a talk about her work: "Caves, climate change and Neanderthals: ongoing palaeoclimate research in Matienzo" (Wednesday 17th August at 1230, see EuroSpeleo session code OS3) and
I'm giving a talk about the Matienzo Caves Project - 138 expeditions, top 10 caves etc, etc (Friday 19th August at 2pm, see EuroSpeleo session code OE6).
Throughout the week there will be a Matienzo Caves Project stall with a poster/surveys display and merchandise for sale: books and Matienzo T-shirts, hoodies, etc.
Hope to see to see you there - if you're not caving in Matienzo!
