Heads up - a Makita drill to be won!!

A massive thank you to everyone who has entered the current caption competition    A fantastic response with loads of (some very entertaining  ) entries - as I've said before, entering the UKC competitions is one of the best ways you can support the forum and you never know, you may even WIN! (The best way to support the forum btw is by posting - just wanted to get that in) (Telling your caving mates about UKC, especially those who gave up on it a few years ago when it was so grumpy is also much appreciated))  (((Oh and sharing facebook posts is helpful too  )))

We will be running a competition to win a Makita drill, charger & two batteries in May (Thank you Makita  ).  Details will be posted nearer the time - however it will be for best trip report, chosen at random from a (long, hopefully) short list - so if, you or your club/group would love a shiny new drill (Or if you are keen on DIY!) start planning that trip report!!

We're also hoping to announce another Spanset Rope competition  - taking Pete Ward to the pub this evening so details to follow tomorrow
