With Hidden Earth being in the Llangollen, is anyone planning any trips to the mines in the area there are some fun ones to explore for sure,
Also admins can we have a Hidden Earth section in the events Please, thank you

There are some fun ones to explore for sure, because i will be going on quite a few trips in the area and i would like to avoid traffic inside a cave or a mine over the weekend.

Do you want to be stuck behind 8 people on a pitchhead, or coming back up a rope?

- Penarth slate quarry, - walk in- walk out trip, - beginners/novice (Helmets are a must)
- Moel Fferna slate quarry, - Small SRT trip, Intermediate (Helmets are a must)
- Minera Lead mine, - small SRT trip Intermediate (Helmets are a must)

Hidden earth tend to not have many people caving . As there are talks and events on both days from morning till the bar opens

If you want to avoid traffic Lumenchild just go down Cefn Y Gist, can't imagine it getting crowded !

I won't be caving or mine exploring: I can go caving any time but I can only go to Hidden Earth that weekend so I plan to make the most of it.

Hidden Earth rarely seemed, historically, to be involved in offering activities but instead was/is a focussed conference of single site shared lectures and a massive marketplace of specialist retailers. Or did I remember it all wrongness?

your not wrong, everyone does their own thing, but for some of us sitting still is not our strongpoint, the activities are always fun but its also nice to meet up with friends and do some exploring in the local area
