Hi all,
The BCA would like to remind all BCA members, groups and clubs of the importance of reporting any incident that has the potential to become a claim to the BCA as soon as possible. This allows the BCA to notify our insurers straight away, which could be very important, should the incident become a claim at a later date.
Attached is a copy of the Incident Notification Guidelines, provided by the BCA insurers. Please read this document carefully, as it contains details of the kind of incidents that should be reported.

Although if they delve too deeply into the mechanics of the our insurance I may have to tag @JoshW in to answer!
