A reminder of the importance of reporting incidents

This is a reminder for all BCA members of the importance of reporting any incident that may develop into a claim to the BCA.
The BCA will then keep our insurers up to date.
Please report any incidents as soon as possible, even if you think it unlikely they will develop into a claim.

I have attached the Incident Notification guidelines, as supplied by the our insurers.

Any questions or queries let us know and myelf or Josh (BCA insurance) will attempt to answer them.
But please be patient - Josh is a volunteer, and whilst I am employed by the BCA I am only part-time and work 2 other jobs, so may not reply immediately!

Presumably the incident lists of CROs are standard input for this.
