I suspect that being a code rather than a condition of BCA membership, the most any member club is expected to do is bring the code to the attention of its members. I hope it's no more draconian than that. What is a dracone, by the way?

Actually having police using existing laws would be nice. Instead of police offices being replaced by cameras. Am I wrong in thinking you have to be 16 to buy tobacco? Then how do school children get them, any adults buying for then I 'think' not sure are also breaking the law (might just be beer that).

Do you mean newsagents near school gates no longer sell them singly? That's the way they used to be bought when I was a lad. Though the canny lads used to club together for a packet of five.

Perhaps caves will be deemed 'Enclosed Public Places' under the Health Act 2006, it bans smoking in Pubs.
If so then the local council will have to send their 'Smoking Gestapo' round, complete with cameras, to round up the wrong doers.
