They decided in November 2018 to hold an EGM in early 2019 to review their entrances policy. By the summer meeting of June 2019 they were offering excuses as to why this EGM had not happened. Then it was decided to pick a date in December 2019, and inform their member clubs in September 2019 so that there would be plenty of time for discussions and a consensus to form. None of that of course has happened.
They are due to hold another of their half-yearly open meetings which would be expected in November. Nothing has happened on that front either: no agenda, no date, no venue, no officers reports. There's no minutes or even draft minutes of the last meeting meeting in June 2019 or the previous meeting in November 2018 meeting in the inpenetrable mess which is their minutes page, link below:

Basically, the PDCMG is defunct. All the old timers but two have left in one way or another, and the two that remain are living in the past. Can someone please tell me how many times the people still on the PDCMG actually go caving in Ogof Draenen? OK, someone is retrieving the logbook periodically to produce a table of results (or getting someone else to do the consequential caving trip for them), and someone is checking the fixed aids (because they can't find anyone to stand as fixed aids officer), but I'm talking about proper caving trips to explore Ogof Draenen. Is it zero?
