WANTED copy of not the faint hearted by Mike Cooper

Started caving two years ago and I’ve never been able to find a copy due to it being out of print. Happy to pay a reasonable price for a copy and cover postage costs. Or can collect in person around the Sheffield area.

Thanks, will make him an offer but looks like that seller has a lot of personal attachment to his copy.

You could always scan someone's copy and then print it and put it in a binder.......

We haven't been successful at making direct contact with Mike. We had hoped to discuss possible options for making the descriptions available now that the book is out of print, or supporting a reprint or even an update (as many of the caves have now been CNCC anchored).

However we understand Mike has been made aware of the demand for the book any may be exploring reprint options, but nothing concrete on that yet.

So, nothing to report so far, but we wouldn't be rushing to pay £1000 for a copy on eBay just yet!

Just for a bit of fun... if the book were to be updated (this is hypothetically only) which trips would you now add?

…and then after lunch, you could do ‘Alternative Ireby’ which is AKA Hole to Jupiter Cavern, then turn left though Cripple Creek. Pull through down Well and Rope pitches, then Duke Street 2 and up through the Escalator Rift choke route to exit back out AKA Hole.
