Warmbac suits

My Warmbac has sadly shrunk too much on the arms to fit properly any more. Trying to find a standard suit with a pocket on the arm. Do they still make them with pockets or has the design changed? As far as I can see on the up and under photo there's no pocket?

Have the arms shrunk on the length or the width? It's very easy to lengthen sleeves, with a bit of spare Cordura.

Also has anyone tried this brand of suit?

Is the arm pocket essential? I just got a landjoff suit after I couldn't get in or out of my warmbac and it's much much comfier

Any kind of pocket is useful as I carry a camera and its less faff than taking it in and out of the bag.

The landjoff ones have a decent size internal pocket, fits my large Samsung phone pretty easily and doesn't hinder movement in crawls or SRT

Thanks, not sure how the sizing would go with those as I'm a XS in terms of weight, but M in terms of height, so to get the height end up with a baggy suit, suppose that will be an issue with most brands though :(

I was just about to ask this - might make a new thread for it anyway as people might not see it on here!

To answer this original question; I am currently in Up & Under (I work there) holding one of their warmbacs and they do still have a pocket on the sleeve

I've managed to keep my phone fairly secure in the internal pocket in the Landjoff Cordura Extreme - and which hasn't shrunk yet in a few months use. It's not that easy to get on when dry and stiff, but the cut and fit (for my shape at least) is superb once it's on.

Thanks, purchased one yesterday from yourselves, the pocket doesn't show on the photo (may just be my screen size) and I'd somehow missed it in the description!

This has happened to me with all of my clothes, I can confirm it's not just a caving suit problem. They use a synthetic version of polyester these days not like the good stuff only a few years ago, that's what I blame!
My suit is years old, so not a recent thing. It's probably more down to not taking good care of it in my part!

In case it's useful info for anyone else the medium plus is definitely too long if you are 5ft 7, compared to my previous suit significantly longer. Luckily my partner needed a new one so could have it instead. Wish we had somewhere local to try on suits!
