Sure it's not a "big" one and these things happen, but it's not helpful anywhere near old mines, I don't like them.

Shallow 7km and therefore fairly localised

Only magnitude 2.8. The Balrog under Walsall just turned over in its sleep. It hasn't been woken up yet by any one delving too greedily and too deep under the town.
